Experience Description

Giving movement is giving empathy and dignity.

Wheelchair Building begins like any team ingenuity challenge: parts, tools, a manual and the clock ticking. The groups assemble, adjust, test. But there is one detail that changes everything: these chairs are real, and today they are going to change the life of someone who is here.

the experience lives in three moments. First, the construction: Each team assembles a functional chair, with the precision and coordination of a real project. Then, the race: on a circuit with batons and adrenaline, the chairs are put to the test, because they have to be safe for whoever will use them. And then comes the third moment, the one that no one forgets: the donation. The people who will receive the chairs enter, and each team hands theirs over.

There the room remains silent. Someone who minutes before was competing, now has eyes full of tears. The truth is revealed without anyone saying it: the team stops looking at what it lacks and begins to be grateful for what it has. That is not taught in a meeting; you live
