Your team thinks they already know what it's like to work under pressure. Wait until you see them at the Integration Rally: bandana on, stopwatch running and a station where strength is not enough - only those who think, communicate and trust the person next to them advance.
Everything starts with an activation that ignites the energy and breaks the ice from the first minute: suddenly, areas that barely crossed paths are planning together. For 2 to 3 hours, between 30 and 1,000 collaborators are divided into squads with colors and nom de guerre, and face a timed circuit of 5 to 7 stations. At Pasión por el Éxito, each challenge—logic, agility, leadership, coordination or resilience—is designed to activate what you are really looking for for your people: teamwork, effective communication and felt work synergy. And there the truth appears: he who runs alone loses. Points do not reward the fastest, but rather the team that plans best, supports itself and leaves no one behind.
