We are all the same Boat.
Imagine your people—the same ones who today work in silos, each area on its own—shouting a single name, sweating, raising a 14-meter Viking Ship together. That's what Pasión por el Éxito does with the most monumental Team Building in Mexico: turns separate departments into a single crew, right before your eyes.
It is not a model. There are 800 pieces and 1,500 kg of wood that, for 3 to 4 hours, between 30 and 1,000 collaborators assemble piece by piece. Start with music and icebreakers; Then everyone takes their role—captain, leader, builder, planner—and the pressure of the clock ticks. Changes of instructions arrive, plans are broken, and there the truth appears: no one saves themselves. If a crew fails, the ship does not get up.
