Tied bandanas, colors on the front, names of war that echo and a stopwatch that does not forgive: this is how the Passion to Win Rally begins, where each team takes to the field with a single obsession—to win. But very soon they discover something uncomfortable: no matter how much individual talent they have, no one scores points alone.
For 2 to 3 hours, between 30 and 500 employees are divided into teams balanced in roles and skills. Everything starts with an activation that breaks the ice; Then they go through a timed circuit that brings together the 5 best competitive experiences of Pasión por el Éxito, each one with a different challenge: logic, agility, leadership, communication, coordination and resilience. Every point counts, every second counts and the competition, healthy and declared, ignites the best in each person. Here it is not the fastest that advances, but rather the team that best organizes itself under pressure.</strong>
