For 2 to 3 hours, between 30 and 500 employees are divided into teams balanced in roles and skills. Everything starts with an activation that breaks the ice; Then they go through a timed circuit that brings together the 5 best competitive experiences of Pasión por el Éxito, each one with a different challenge: logic, agility, leadership, communication, coordination and resilience.
