More than saffron, the secret is the team.
Imagine the aroma of saffron filling the air and a paella pan sizzling in front of your equipment. That's what the Paella Contest is: suddenly, people who normally work on their own move as a single brigade in a professional kitchen.
For 3 to 4 hours, between 30 and 400 collaborators are transformed into culinary brigades. They all receive the same recipe – an authentic traditional paella inherited from Spain – and a professional station with a paella pan, gas and selected ingredients. At Pasión por el Éxito, everyone assumes a role—the fire, the stir-fry, the saffron seasoning, the rice cooking—and, while some take care of the paella, others create Spanish tapas full of color and ingenuity. Here it is not the fastest who wins, but rather the team that best communicates, delegates and follows the recipe precisely.
And there the truth appears: more than saffron, the secret is the team. Effective communication, trust and shared leadership become the main ingredients; Cooking becomes a language that unites, celebrates and excites.
The closing is pure celebration: a tasting before the jury, music, aromas and conversation around the table. Your team not only leaves satisfied, they leave more united, with a sense of belonging that returns with them to work.
