Experience Description
The whistle blows and suddenly your team is climbing, bouncing and running between several meter inflatable walls. That is the Giant Inflatables Rally: 80 meters of the largest obstacle course in Mexico, where one's strength is never enough to reach the end.
For 2 hours, between 30 and 200 collaborators cross giant obstacles in real movement: they climb, push, hold on and shout instructions to each other while each section requires a different skill. Here individual speed is not enough; The challenge can only be overcome with coordination, mutual support and constant communication. And to increase the pressure, a variant allows you to transport a fragile object – a product of your company – throughout the circuit, like a delivery that does not allow errors.
And then the truth appears: no obstacle is bigger than the team. When everyone synchronizes, pushes themselves and moves forward together, hierarchical barriers fall—everyone is on the same inflatable—and tensions become laughter and bonds.
The closing is a guided reflection by Pasión por el Éxito that connects the physical with the real challenges of the job. The team returns with adrenaline converted into confidence and a renewed energy that is noticeable on Monday. Participants climb a 3.5-meter inflatable pyramid until they reach the top. The challenge is to overcome the incline and maintain balance throughout the ascent.
In this activity, participants complete an inflatable course by overcoming 11 obstacles among cylinders, tunnels, and giant hoops to cross the finish line in the shortest possible time.
Participants move through an inflatable course, crossing giant donuts, avoiding obstacles, and sliding between cylinders until they complete the circuit.
In this activity, participants cross a huge inflatable tunnel full of obstacles, moving through different sections until they reach the other end of the course.
Participants complete an inflatable circuit by climbing, crossing, and overcoming different obstacles from start to finish.
Participants cross an inflatable course where they must move between enormous balls that block the path, maintaining their balance to reach the finish line.
