Experience Description
One Minute to Win starts the timer and suddenly, 60 seconds seem like an eternity. A classmate tries to stack nuts with a single pencil while the entire team holds their breath; another knocks over glasses, throwing them into the air and the entire room roars with each success.
In the office, time pressure is often paralyzing and isolating. Here the opposite happens: each short, manual and devilishly fun challenge turns pressure into shared adrenaline. The challenges are played in turns or in relays, the spectators become cheerleaders, the clock rings... and at the end of the minute it is known who completed the mission.
Then the truth that matters is revealed: it is not the one who has the most skill who wins, but the team that supports, encourages and instantly recovers from a failed attempt. That fast and clear communication under pressure, that confidence to fail and try again, is exactly what your people need on Monday when faced with a closure, a delivery or an urgent decision.

Participants use a balloon to direct air and move cups to the indicated target. The challenge is to control the direction of the air before time runs out.
In this activity, participants build a pyramid with cups and, once they reach the top, turn it back into a single tower. The goal is to complete it before the 60 seconds are up.
Participants toss pencils from the back of their hand and catch them, increasing the number on each attempt until they collect all 14 without dropping any.
In this activity, participants stack nuts using only a pencil to arrange them. The challenge is to form a stable tower before time runs out.
Participants place a cookie on their forehead and must move it to their mouth using only facial movements, without using their hands.
Participants place cups on the edge of a table and flip them with a single movement so they land upright. The goal is to do it before time runs out.
Participants throw pencils with erasers against a surface to make them bounce into cups. The challenge is to score as many as possible in 60 seconds.
