Experience Description
The music plays, the lights come on and your most serious collaborator improvises an absurd scene on stage... while everyone bursts into laughter. That's Me Caigo de Risa: a live comedy set where mistakes aren't embarrassing, they're laughable.
During the event, between 20 and 200 collaborators become the protagonists of their own program: complete scenery, podiums, props, lighting and animators who lead challenge after challenge. Theatrical improvisation, word games, mime, acting and role changes; The participants rotate, support each other and play without fear of making mistakes, because here every stumble is celebrated with a laugh. It is not the funniest who wins, but rather whoever dares to let go and flow as a team.
And then something powerful happens: when the most serious ones let go, the hierarchical barriers fall and the team is finally seen without masks. Shared laughter breaks rigid structures faster than any speech and, in minutes, builds interpersonal trust that would take months in a boardroom.
At the end, a light reflection by Pasión por el Éxito connects what has been experienced with daily work: why shared humor builds trust, what the team discovers when the most reserved ones let loose, and how that closeness improves collaboration on Monday in the office.

In this activity, participants observe words written backwards and must identify the correct word in the shortest possible time.
Participants hear or read words pronounced backwards and must mentally put them in order to discover the correct answer before everyone else.
Participants move small objects using only clothespins. The challenge is to move as many as possible to the indicated container before time runs out.
Participants answer questions or complete small challenges while holding a safe-intensity shock device. The goal is to complete the task without letting go of the device.
Participants perform a dance step in turns. Each new participant must repeat all previous movements and add one more, creating a fun cumulative choreography.
