It's not just cooking; is to unite.
Smell the coal, hear the sizzle of the first cut and feel the pressure of the clock. That's what the Barbecue Contest is: your team has a single mission—to serve the best dish—and they only achieve it if they cook together, side by side with people they hardly ever meet in the office.
For 3 to 4 hours, between 30 and 300 employees are transformed into grill crews. In Pasión por el Éxito, each team receives its complete station—grill, charcoal, select cuts, garnishes and a traditional Mexican molcajete for its own sauces—and from there everything is coordination: cooking times, distribution of tasks, technique and presentation, under the spark of competition. Whether you cook like a chef or have never touched a grill, there is a place for you here. And then the truth appears: what is cooked is not the meat, it is the team. Effective communication, trust and the union of different talents become the main ingredients; Cooking becomes a shared language where synergy is born.
The closing is pure celebration: a tasting before an evaluating panel, music, aromas and conversation around the table. Your team not only leaves satisfied, they leave more united, with a sense of belonging that transfers to Monday at the office.
