My Creative Mural fulfills a childhood dream: having my hands full of paint balloons and bursting them against a wall. Here that wall is a giant canvas, and at the signal the rain of color explodes: balloons that explode, painted hands, laughter and colleagues marking their overalls between laughter.
But there is a secret that the team does not see. Under the surface of the canvas there is a vinyl pasted that forms a message: the logo of your company, the name of the event or a value that defines it. Nobody knows while they paint.
And the moment comes that changes everything: the vinyl is peeled off and, among the chaos of colors, the logo clearly emerges. Astonishment, applause, photos. And it is the perfect scenario for the director to speak up and connect that message with the company's purpose. Thus the truth is revealed: each person contributed their contribution without knowing what they were building and, together, they shaped the identity of the company.
