Set lights, cameras on, illuminated podiums and a timer running. That's The Strongest Rival: your team enters a real television studio, inspired by a famous game show, ready to show—round after round—who knows best under pressure.
For 2 hours, between 30 and 100 employees compete in eliminatory rounds of questions—about general culture, corporate topics or knowledge about your own company, ideal for reinforcing training. Each answer adds points and raises the adrenaline. But then comes the twist that changes everything: at the end of each round, the team itself votes on who it takes out of the game.
And there the experience stops being an exam and becomes a mirror. Because that vote is rarely based only on who answered best: perceived leadership, biases, internal perception and organizational justice come into play. Leadership is revealed, egos are confronted and the team sees itself like rarely before.
Everything closes with a final duel between the last two and a group reflection of Pasión por el Éxito where the decisions, the criteria used and how they are reflected in the real culture of the organization are analyzed.
Because in the end, the strongest rival is never the other: it's the way your team decides.
