Experience Description
The Mini Olympics start with a whistle and the field explodes with color: suddenly your team is no longer an organizational chart, but a delegation with a flag, name and war cry. A relay passes the baton, the baton roars, and someone who never raises his hand in a meeting becomes a leader on the track.
In the office, talent is hidden behind a desk and areas are rarely truly known. The opposite happens here. Teams rotate through stations of adapted sports competitions—relays, throws, balance, precision, coordination—purposely designed for everyone to play, regardless of age or physical condition. Just like your real organization: diverse, and stronger for it.
And then comes the twist that changes everything: the final collaborative challenge, where all delegations must come together to achieve a single goal. The rivalry dissolves and the truth is revealed: winning is not beating the other, but achieving together what seemed impossible. The final awards ceremony does not celebrate the fastest, but rather what the team built together.

Participants move forward on giant skis that must be moved in sync. To reach the finish line, the team must coordinate its movements and keep the same rhythm throughout the course.
Teams travel a track in turns, where each participant completes a section before handing the relay to the next teammate. The goal is to achieve the best combined time.
In this fun activity, participants hop inside a sack to reach the finish line, maintaining their balance while completing the course as quickly as possible.
In pairs, participants use a towel to throw and catch an object without touching it with their hands. The challenge is to coordinate precise passes and keep the object from falling to the ground.
Participants complete a course with different physical challenges, such as jumping, crawling, and overcoming obstacles, in the shortest possible time.
Each participant places a shoe only on their heel and propels it with a foot movement to throw it as far as possible. The person who reaches the greatest distance wins.
Two participants face each other on an inflatable structure using padded bars to try to knock down their opponent, maintaining balance and staying on their feet as long as possible.
