Experience Description
Without the team, there is no escape.
The door closes, the timer starts, and your team is surrounded by clues, locks, and visual traps. That's what the Corporate Escape Room is: a single mission—get out before time runs out—and a clock that reveals what your team is made of.
For 1 to 2 hours, participants are divided into teams of 20 to 30 people per room and assume clear roles—finders, deciphers, and a final verifier—to find hidden clues, solve puzzles, and open locks. And there are no lone heroes here: each code is broken only if the team observes, communicates and decides under pressure. When the group is large, at Pasión por el Éxito we set up several themed rooms and the teams rotate competing for the best time.
Plus, you choose the challenge: the integration version prioritizes fun, collaboration and trust; Training turns each clue into real knowledge of your company—values, products or processes—so that while they have fun, they learn what matters.
When the last lock is opened, comes Pasión por el Éxito's guided reflection: how they communicated, who led, how they decided against the clock. Your team leaves with adrenaline, shared memories and a certainty that is transferred to the office: leaders emerge where they are least expected, and the most difficult challenges are solved together.
