The relay is won as a team.
Build Your Car starts with a bare metal chassis and a bunch of cardboard, paint and brushes. In minutes, the team's hands are covering it, and the company's colors and logo appear on the bodywork: it is no longer a frame, it is their car.
In the office, the brand is a logo on the wall that no one feels is theirs, and the areas almost never build something together, with their hands. Here it is the other way around. Each team raises its vehicle to a human scale and shows it off on a catwalk where the best designs are showcased. And then, helmets and overalls on, the "one, two, three" sounds and a <strong>relay race begins: each person runs their section and delivers the baton.
There the truth is revealed: the team advances as fast as its best delivery. No one wins alone, and the car that crosses the finish line has everyone's name painted on it. The relay becomes confidence, coordination and a sense of belonging in motion—the same thing that sustains your team when the clock is ticking.
