Experience Description
In front of the pool awaits a challenge that seems impossible: a raft of recyclable material that floats and can hold a person. That's Raft Construction, where you have to do it better and faster than everyone else, with the clock ticking and the pressure at its maximum.
For 2 hours, participants are divided into teams and given limited material—boats, bows, garters, and little else, by the way. What's missing? They will have to earn it by negotiating with rival teams, because here strategy and communication are as valuable as hands. And when the rafts are ready, the moment that everyone is waiting for arrives: the relay race in the water, where each team puts a partner on their raft and gives everything to cross first. Pure adrenaline and shared glory.
But this is much more than winning a race. While your team competes and has fun, install real learning: work synergy, sense of belonging and achievement. Every negotiation, every decision under pressure and every meter in the water reflects how the team collaborates when returning to the office.
