Experience Description

The correct answer was said by the majority.

Set lights, podiums with buzzers and a question on the screen: "Name something every team needs to win." Two representatives hit the button... and 100 Mexicanos Dijeron begins: the game show where your team does not compete to be the smartest, but to guess what the majority thinks.

For 2 hours, between 20 and 60 collaborators become contestants on their own show: buzzers, screens, graphics and a host who lights up each round with live television energy. The questions are based on surveys of 100 people and can be about general culture, work topics or 100% personalized with your company's values. While some compete on stage, the rest cheer, observe and discover how the group thinks.

And here appears the great lesson: the winning answer is rarely the most ingenious, but rather the one that the team manages to reach a consensus by reading the collective mind. To get it right you have to listen to each other, validate the other's criteria and decide together in seconds.

At closing, a group reflection by Pasión por el Éxito reveals how decisions were made, who led unintentionally and what the team learned about the wisdom of the majority. It's a mirror of how you build deals when you return to the office.

Because in the end, the right decision is almost never the smartest one: it is the most collective one.
